Further to the announcement by the Company on 1 November 2010 that discussions regarding a possible offer for the Company had terminated, and in line with the previously stated intention of the Board, the Board of Dods has today declared an interim dividend of 0.25p per ordinary share in respect of the year ending 31 December 2010, payable on 11 January 2011 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 24 December 2010.
